Things To Do

On The Property

Our property is located amongst  a vast amount of natural surroundings which hosts a complex world of wildlife. Along with the critters or birds you may spot on your stay, you will be gifted some magnificent sunsets and starry nights, along with a range of other activities.

Creek Walk

With a permanent creek running through our property, there is nothing better than enjoying the great outdoors with a walk alongside it. Keep your eyes open for any native wildlife!

Games Room

Fancy a game of pool or just watching a bit of TV at the end of the day to unwind? Our games room will keep you and the kids entertained in any weather and at any time of day! Let the kids burn off some energy having a bounce on our trampoline too!

There is nothing better than enjoying the rural lifestyle than with a campfire at the end of the day. Sit around our campfire area with friends and family (and sometimes your hosts!) and enjoy the country atmosphere; make sure you keep your eyes out for those exceptional starry nights too.

Wildlife Spotting

We have spent the last 15 years adding to the abundance of trees on our property, which has encouraged a huge amount of native wildlife to make its home. From birds, to ground dwellers, you can be sure to spot a furry or feathery friend during your stay.

Visit The Local Towns

We are within close proximity to the towns of Gundagai, Jugiong and Cootamundra. Visit the Sergeant Parry Memorial in Jugiong, the famous Dog on a Tuckerbox in Gundagai, or enjoy some cricket history with Bradman’s birthplace museum and the Captain’s Walk in Cootamundra. Of course, it is just as nice to take a drive and wander around the towns, enjoying the country atmosphere.

Golf from Coolac

A great selection of country golf courses within an hour’s drive. Gundagai is a very interesting layout on the banks of the Murrumbidgee. Cootamundra boasts a spectacular group of par 3s as its greatest asset. Young is a beautifully manicured course on undulating terrain, while the ‘hidden gems’ in the area are Junee and Harden. These 2 natural layouts use their local environments to create a wonderful aesthetic and golfing experience. Tumut is another good layout that uses the hilly terrain to provide a challenging golf experience. Wagga als has 2 courses, just outside of the 1 hour radius.
